FAQs

What is your shipping policy and how fast do orders take to arrive?

Orders take two days to process and ship in the UK on a next day service, Europe in three working days and worldwide in 3-6 working days.

What is your returns policy?

If you would like to return your item for whatever reason within the first 14 days from delivery then you can. Just ship back unused items in original packaging. Once we inspect the return we will refund in full. Please contact page for shipping details.

What type of metal do you use?

Here at Wicked Hairpins we use furniture grade steel to create our table legs. A better quality steel allows us to achieve a tighter bend on our hairpin legs – this creates a more elegant, fluted design than you will find elsewhere and is just how the designer, Henry Class, intended them to look back in the 1940’s. All metalwork is laser cut to ensure that the final product is up to the standards required for indoor use.

Should I order the three rodded version or the two rodded version?

The three rodded leg offers plenty of support and is great for desk and dining tables. The two rodded leg looks great and works well with smaller pieces such as side tables / sofa tables etc.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes. Custom heights and designs are available so do please enquire by clicking on the contact button at the top of this page.

How are shipping prices set?

Shipping is standardised across the world but if your country is not stated then please let us know. You can buy up to 2 sets of 4 hairpins for the same shipping price as a single set. We ship high volumes through national carriers and receive discounts on this which we pass directly onto you.

Do you offer wholesale pricing / discounts on large orders?

Yes. We hold thousands of legs in stock and can offer discounts on large orders.

What are the finish options you offer on your hairpin legs?

Our hairpins come with two finish options – finished or unfinished. Unfinished is a great option if you are a planning to coat the legs yourself. If you are not then we recommend purchasing coloured or clear coated legs. These legs are treated to a sprayed on coat which is then baked on to ensure a strong protective coat. Please be aware that over time unfinished legs will rust if not treated at all.
